I maintain that John Dziewiatek was born in 1887 (not in
1884). His grand daughter wrote on Apr 22, 2005 that John was born in 1887. However Ancestry databases have read his year of birth from WWII Draft Regitration Card as 1884. This is because Poles use to write 7 with a middle horizontal line which is similar to 4.
