Andrew and
Mary (Cebula) Plaza. Henrietta Zulowski was born on December 23, 1880 in Poland and it doesn't say where. That's the way they spelled her maiden name. Grandma always told us kids that she was born in
Austria but we can't remember where. [……] my grandfather Michael lost an eye in the mine and also died of black lunch disease.
